Injection Molded Prototypes

Design

HQC's expansive on-site design capabilities include state-of-the-art resources for planning the stronger and more detailed part that you need.

Development: Modeling / Injection-Molded Prototypes

Once designed, your part's file moves swiftly to a state-of-the-art modeling machine such as our Dimension Elite ABS Printer, which creates your model using premium ABSplus™ plastic. This process ensures fewer changes, better designs, quicker development cycles and lower production costs.

Injection Molded Prototypes

The completed model can then be used "as is" or undergo extra finishing procedures based on your requirements. For example, you may choose an aluminum injection mold for product validation or short-term limited production.
