Samples
The model build time for the following samples ranged from 75 minutes to 13 hours.
43mm closure with internal threads and 0.040” wall thickness	38mm closure with threads and internal snap features
Multiple key fob designs. Allowed for quick appearance and feel of different designs.	Material can be sanded, machined, polished, painted, or etched to meet different finish requirements.
Z-Corp Model, ABS model, SLA Model and finished molded sample	ABS Model, SLA Model, and finished molded parts.
ABS Printed sample and molded polycarbonate sample	ABS Printed model. The housing and cover are 2¼” x 4” x 5½”
ABS models can be printed small as well. The printer does have the ability to scale up or down depending on the part size and model needs.	Snap fit, latches, undercuts, ribs, bosses, and almost any molded feature can be modeled.
