Shift Supervisor |
| JOB DESCRIPTION: |
This is a hands-on position. Supervisors process machines, troubleshoot, and clean machines. They are also required to train, follow-up on training, and schedule people to work on the weekends. |
| REQUIRED SKILLS: |
At least three years as a injection molding supervisor. Knowledge of stack molds and Husky machines is helpful. |

Set up, remove, and clean molds on a daily basis. Any other duties assigned by supervisor. |

Set up experience is necessary, but can be in other fields, such as blow molding. Some troubleshooting / processing skills are helpful. |

| JOB POSITION: |
Technician Trainee |
| JOB DESCRIPTION: |
Technician trainees are required to gather, mix, and dry material, making sure that no machines are running low. They also drive a fork lift, wrap skids, and clean out various small machines (grinders, dryers, etc). There are several levels to this position. Technicial advancement possible. |
| REQUIRED SKILLS: |
No experience necessary, but some mechanical skills are needed (automotive, electrical, etc). Those with experience are encouraged to apply. Basic tools and a toolbox will eventually be needed. |

| JOB POSITION: |
Packer/Inspectors for 1st, 2nd and 3rd |
| JOB DESCRIPTION: |
This is an entry level position, but a vitally important position. This employee will watch products come off machines and ensure the quality is at the standards required of our customers and HQC. They will then pack the products into boxes getting them ready for shipping. |
| REQUIRED SKILLS: |
- Able to safely pack products into boxes and lift boxes onto skids (approximately 10 to 12 lbs.)
- An eye for detail
- Able to read, write, speak and understand English (all paperwork, videos, tests are in English)
- Each person and their work area need to be neat and clean
- Physically be able to stand in one spot or walk between machines throughout their shifts
- Very good attendance

| JOB POSITION: |
Tool Room Technician |
| JOB DESCRIPTION: |
Repair, maintain, and set up molds so they are available for production. |
| DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES |
- Changing components of family molds to facilitate production of different products.
- Repairing, cleaning and inspection of molds
- Lubricate and maintain internal and external components of tooling
- Proper use of Bridgeport, lathe, grinder, and other machinery
- Operate overhead cranes and lift trucks to transport and move dies and molds
- Proper use of various hand tools, power tools, lifts, gages, etc. in the repair and maintenance of tools
- Maintain the tool room to provide a safe and hazard free environment
- Assist with mold setting in large and small presses

| JOB REQUIREMENTS |
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent. Associates degree or technical training in related fields such as engineering, metalworking, mold design, etc. a plus
- Minimum two years experience working in tool room, metal or plastics manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Knowledge of part and mold complexities
- Knowledge of plastic injection molds
- Knowledge of proper use of horizontal mills, lathes, grinders and cut off saw
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Understanding of and commitment to safe working practices and must pass company safety training and licensing as required
